Krusade Ministries does not endorse, encourage, nor participate in the practice of SPAM (the sending of unsolicited e-mail as defined by the United States Federal Government's Can-Spam Act of 2003). We send e-mail messages ONLY to those e-mail addresses that have been added to our mailing list at the request of the recipient.
Krusade Ministries does not endorse, encourage, nor participate in the sending nor solicitation of pornography of any kind or otherwise objectionable material via e-mail or any other electronic or physical methods of communication. Krusade Ministries is a Christian organization and all materials produced, promoted, and/or originated with Krusade Ministries and/or its affiliates are intended to be family-friendly and Christian in nature.
Krusade Ministries does not sell, rent, or give away its mailing list to other groups, organizations, or individuals. All e-mail newsletter mailings and other mailings which are sent to multiple-recipients are sent bcc: (blind-carbon-copy). This means that the identities of the recipients are hidden from the other recipients, in order to protect your privacy.
Effective March 08, 2004, all e-mail communications from Krusade Ministries contain an addendum containing the following: (a) a clear identification of who we are, (b) at least two of three methods of contacting us (e-mail, U.S. mail, and/or telephone), (c) clear and concise instructions on how to be removed from our mailing list, and (d) a link to this policy. All SUBJECT HEADERS are intended to clearly and concisely communicate the nature of the content within the e-mail.
On occasion, a hacker or hackers or otherwise unauthorized individual or individuals may illegally send SPAM fraudulently using Krusade Ministries' e-mail address as the alleged originator. These illegal and fraudulent practices are not endorsed, encouraged, nor condoned by Krusade Ministries; and, upon our knowledge of such infringements, are reported immediately to our e-mail provider and the appropriate law enforcement agencies. However, since Krusade Ministries and our e-mail provider are limited in the technological and practical ability to prevent and/or to combat these occurences, Krusade Ministries and/or its affiliates cannot be held liable for said occurences.
If you believe Krusade Ministries and/or one of its affiliates has violated this policy or has acted inappropriately in regard to e-mail communications, please notify us immediately at krusade@email.com before reporting the percieved infringement to any other authority. It is our strict policy to investigate any allegations and act accordingly (a) to confirm or refute said allegations, (b) if allegations are founded, to act quickly and decisively to prevent its reoccurence, and (c) to make appropriate restitution where founded and necessary. By contacting us prior to reporting the perceived infringement elsewhere, it is often possible to defray misunderstandings and prevent further chaos.
If you receive an e-mail that originated with Krusade Ministries but was e-mailed to you from an e-mail address other than one of our official e-mail addresses (krusade@email.com or kevin@krusade.org), then it was forwarded to you from another individual and does not constitute SPAM from Krusade Ministries.
If you have received an e-mail directly from one of Krusade Ministries' official e-mail addresses (krusade@email.com or kevin@krusade.org) and it was not initiated by a hacker or other unauthorized individual, then your e-mail address was likely (a) submitted to us by an individual claiming that your e-mail address was theirs, or (b) added to our mailing list accidentally, by way of misspelling or other common mistake.
If you are a business associate or personal friend or acquaintance of Krusade Ministries, one of its affiliates, members, or directors, then you may receive personal communications from said friend or acquaintance from Krusade Ministries' official e-mail address (krusade@email.com) or from one of Krusade Ministries' associates' addresses (___@krusade.org). These occurences do not constitute SPAM from Krusade Ministries, and you can request to be exempted from future communications at any time. Said requests will be honored under any and all circumstances unless you are a current business associate of Krusade Ministries and/or one of its affiliates, in which case communication between parties is essential to the continuation of said business association.
It is the understanding of Krusade Ministries and its members, directors, and affiliates that this policy is in complete compliance with all existing legal requirements set forth in, and governed by, the state of Ohio (OH), and the United States of America (USA).
