Q: I'm having trouble accessing a page on your website.
A: Click on the image to the left of the description of the
page you are trying to access. If that doesn't work, click on
the page link in the following list that you are trying to
access. If you continue to have problems accessing the
page, check the GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS on the
homepage to see if we are already aware of the problem.
If there is no announcement regarding the problem, send
us an email letting us know specifically what problem you
are having with the site. The problem may be with your
browser, our website, or our service provider. We will
attempt to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
The column on the left gives an overview of the history of the band from its conception to the present time. When you see a word or phrase highlighted and underlined in blue, this is a SPECIAL LINK. Click on the blue text to either link to the corresponding photo, email address, or website.
If you get the message Page Not Found, either the site has moved, the email address has been changed, or there is an error with our site. If you continue to have problems, please also send us an email letting us know that there is trouble with the site. If the problem is with our site, we will attempt to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
The column on the right introduces you to each band member individually. You can left-click on each picture to access the corresponding member's personal website or information page. You can left-click on the person's name (if it is highlighted and underlined in blue) to send the band member a personal email, or click on the word KRUSADE under the group picture to send a general email to the whole band.
The next feature on the right is a partial chronology of the band, detailing more information than is included on the calendar page. For a complete chronology, go to the CALENDAR page, which is accessible from the homepage.
MEET THE "ROAD KRU" (CREW) PAGE:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This page introduces the road crew and the band's behind-the-scenes supporters.
This page is constructed simply with few, if any, links or special features. Simply read the information on the page. If the individual or business associated with the road crew has a personal or business website or email address, it can be accessed by left-clicking on the name highlighted and underlined in blue.
FAITH/MISSION STATEMENTS:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This page gives the Faith Statement and Mission Statement adopted by the band to explain our beliefs, motives, and intentions as a group.

MERCHANDISE PAGE:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This page provides descriptions of Official Krusade Merchandise that is available to the public, as well as the means of purchasing via mail, telephone, or online.
To order merchandise using the online email form, follow the instructions as follows:
1. If you want to order a specific item, indicate the amount of the item
(ex: for 3 CDs, enter the number "3") in the white box to the left of the
item's description. If you do not indicate a number in these boxes,
the QTY for that item will be assumed to be zero (0).
2. Repeat step #1 for each product you wish to purchase.
3. For t-shirts, please also indicate the COLOR and SIZE. If you wish to
order multiple products with varying specifications (ex. 2 large gray
shirts and 1 medium green shirt), complete the form and SUBMIT
specifying only one of the orders (ex. 2 large gray shirts), then submit
a second form for the other item (the 1 medium green shirt).
4. Enter the personal information at the bottom of the form. Fields with
an asterisk (*) next to them are mandatory.
5. If you make mistakes on the form and wish to begin again with a new
form, click the button labeled "RESET FORM"
6. Read the disclaimer and check the box indicating that you agree to
the terms. Please be sure to note the prices, including shipping and
handling costs, where noted.
7. When all your information is entered correctly, click the button labeled
"SUBMIT INFO".
You should receive a confirmation of your order by email within 48 hours. Please DO NOT send payment for your order until you receive the confirmation.
Accepted methods of payment include PERSONAL CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, or CASHIER'S CHEQUES. We do not accept credit cards at this time. DO NOT send us credit card numbers or other related information. Please make all payments payable to "KRUSADE".
If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, send an email to krusade@email.com, asking for a follow-up on your order. If you do not receive a reply, there may be a problem with the server.
