Pet Peeves
"Christian" music where you can't hear or understand the words (that's not
ministry, that's noise), rude people, flashy televangelists, cult leaders
and false prophets, baby-killers, and liberal activists.
KEVIN is the rhyhm guitarist for KRUSADE. With bassist Todd Clark, Kevin is
one of the two founding members still with the band. A 1991 graduate of Fort
Frye High School and a 1994 graduate of Washington State Community
College (Assoc. Applied Technologies, Data
Processing and Microcomputer Applications
Technology), Kevin served as the pastor of the
Macksburg, Dexter City, and Mary
Reed Memorial UMC's in Macksburg,
OH from 2000 to 2003; at which time he left the
pastoral ministry to become the worship leader of the
Real Life Community of Faith in Belmont, OH.
Kevin and his bride Julie are the proud parents
of Shannon Louise Lauer, now 2 years
old. They reside in Marietta, OH, and Kevin continues to
travel with KRUSADE for the 12th year of continued
ministry. Kevin is a BMI-Affiliated songwriter and publisher through Godflower Publishing Co. (of which he is also the Executive VP), the Communications Director of KRUSADE MINISTRIES, and the President of Ohio Valley Web Ministries.
