KRUSADE will accept bookings wherever we are welcomed. We will play for both secular and sacred events, providing that a non-hostile environment and a strict prohibition of lewd, indecent, or profane behavior is assured. However, we reserve the right to arbitrarily reject any booking at the discretion of the band. We play at churches, socials, fairs, schools, youth rallies, nursing homes, coffee-houses, prisons, and a variety of private events.
KRUSADE generally accepts bookings anywhere in Ohio and West Virginia; however, arrangements may be made for us to travel greater distances. We do not charge a fee for playing at church-related events; however, free-will offerings or donations may be taken to help defray the ministry's expenses, especially when we have to travel a great distance.
We have the capability to play in venues that range from small, one-room country churches to a full-size, outdoor rally. For specifics, please see our Stage/Sound Section.
We can generally play anywhere up to 1 1/2 hours. For set information, please see our Sample Play Lists.
The VIEWS, opinions, and interpretations of those associated with organizations and events in which KRUSADE schedules a booking are not necessarily the views of Krusade Ministries or its affiliates. Click here for our FAITH STATEMENT and MISSION STATEMENT, then read the band's PRIMARY GOALS listed below.
Our PRIMARY GOALS as a band are
(1) to spread the Gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ, through music and ministry;
(2) to uplift, edify, and encourage Christians in their continued walk with Christ;
(3) to preach and teach, through music and witness, the doctrines of the Holy Bible;
(4) to lead by example the praise and worship of the one True Living God; and
(5) to entertain our audience.
Our BOOKING PROCEDURE is as follows:
(1) INITIAL CONTACT - You call us. Organizers of the event contact us to request a
booking. At this time, contact information (names, addresses,
phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.) are exchanged, and a
preliminary description of the event (date, time, location, etc.)
is given. Initial contact can be made with any member of the
band.
(2) VERIFICATION - We check our calendar. The band representative who
makes initial contact "pencils in" the booking, then verifies the
date with the rest of the band. If one or more members of the
band are unavailable to attend, the organizers of the event will
be advised accordingly and given the option to schedule a
booking with the partial band. Please be assured that we
endeavor to provide a full-quality performance. If we believe
that the quality of performace will be too-greatly diminished by
a band-member's absence, we will recommend that the
booking NOT be confirmed. This step in the process generally
takes less than 7 days.
(3) CONFIRMATION - We call you. If there is no conflict, a representative of the
band will confirm the booking with the organizers of the event
and further details about the booking are discussed. If the
organizers of the event have internet access, we highly
recommend a full, comprehensive review of the Booking
Specifications posted at
Also, as of 08/27/02, we have a new policy of double-confirming
bookings a second time, closer to the date of the event. This is
to help ensure that we have not made a mistake in the details
of the booking. The organizers of the event are also
encouraged to verify the details on our calendar, posted at
contact us in case we don't contact them first.
(4) PROMOTION - We advertise the event. After confirmation, the
booking will be listed and promoted on the calendar of the
Official Krusade Website, posted at
Customized fliers are also available by request for promotion
of the event and will eventually be available for downloading
(5) EXECUTION - We come and play. On the date of the event, the band
will arrive at the specified location at the specified setup time
and play for the event. If time permits, we would love the
opportunity to visit and fellowship with the audience before or
after the event. If, for some reason, we are unable to fulfill the
booking, we will make every effort to give sufficient notice for
cancellation, rescheduling, and/or recommendations for
substitute bands. For a list of some local bands with whom we
are well-acquainted, see our promotion page posted at
(6) FOLLOW-UP - Let's keep in touch. We wish to remain in contact with
our audiences and the organizers long after the event has
been completed. We have a free mailing list, and generally
have a sign-up sheet at our merchandise table. We hope that
our new friends and associates will check our website
periodically, remain in contact with us, and consider us for
future bookings.
